The White Honor Key
The White Honor Key became an award for a DeMolay or Senior DeMolay who recruited three new advisors to an advisory council as of June 28, 2018 to present. (Why June 28, 2018? That’s when ISC voted on it.)

The Zerubbabel Key
The Zerubbabel Key is awarded to an individual chiefly responsible for organizing a new or reinstated Chapter. This key is named for Zerubbabel, the man who oversaw the restoration and rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem. Historically, only one may be awarded per chapter, but in 2010 that has expanded to three. These awards must be presented within one year of the founding of the Chapter.

Advisor's Honor Key
The Advisor Honor Key
The Advisor Honor Key is awarded annually to a member of an Advisory Council of a Chapter that has ensured that all annual reports are in by the established deadlines, they inducted more members. The net year-end chapter membership must exceed the net year-end chapter membership for the previous DeMolay year. New membership initiated in the DeMolay year must equal or exceed the new members initiated in the previous DeMolay year.
