Each year, New York DeMolay puts on a world class leadership conference where young men and young women learn how to lead, to serve, and to work together as leaders.  To keep our conference affordable for our youth leaders we are looking for sponsorships for this annual event.  NY DeMolay is a registered 501(c)3 and donations are tax deductible.  Any contribution or donation is gratefully appreciated. Checks may be made payable to “NY DeMOlay” and mailed to 2150 Bleecker Street, Utica NY 13501, or may be sent via PayPal.

Below are some special opportunities specifically focused on our Leaders’ Convention.  If you have another idea or something you or your organization would like to sponsor, please feel free to contact our lead adult volunteer Dr. Peter Brusoe at PWBrusoe@gmail.com.


$100 - Sponsor a Youth to Attend LeadCon: This donation would underwrite the cost of a young person to attend LeadCon. Every sponsor  will be recognized in the LeadCon Program.

$250 - DeMolay Ceremony Book Sponsor: DeMolay produces a bound and printed copy of ceremonies for our youth leaders. We are looking at providing each attendee a book. This includes a sticker in the book with the name of the sponsor on the inside cover and will be recognized in the LeadCon Program.

$400 - Friday Social Sponsor:  Friday Night we will be having a social activity for our youth leaders to get to know one another and to do team building. pizza party for our youth leaders. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

$500 - Padfolio sponsor: We want to provide each youth leader a padfolio that they can use in their leadership activities. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included on the inside of the padfolio and will be recognized in the LeadCon Program.

$600 - Exclusive Tee Shirt Sponsor: As part of the conference, each youth leader will be given a tee shirt. We are looking for a sponsor for the tee shirt whose logo or name would be included on the tee shirt as well as recognized in the LeadCon program.

$750 - Fine Arts Sponsor:  Saturday night we are planning a fine arts class for our youth leaders. Ongong cuts to the arts and humanities in our public schools have meant that many young people have not been exposed to fine arts. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

$750 - Sunday Lunch Sponsor:  To close out our leadership conference, we are hosting a closing Sunday luncheon. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

$1,000 - Community Service Project Sponsor:  We are committed to making the world a better place. To do a community service project we are looking for a sponsor to underwrite the cost of supplies and activities. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

$1,000 - Polo Shirt Sponsor: As part of the conference, each youth leader is presented a polo shirt. We are looking for a sponsor for the polo shirt whose logo or name would be included on the polo shirt as well as recognized in the LeadCon program.


$1,000 - Leadership Handbook Sponsor: DeMolay has a leaders’ handbook that provides youth leaders with information on how to plan events, conduct programs, and facilitate meetings. This includes a sticker in the book with the name of the sponsor on the inside cover and will be recognized in the LeadCon Program,


$1,250 - Laser Tag Leadership Training Sponsor:  As part of the conference, DeMolay is taking the youth leaders to a world class laser tag/team building facility to help foster teamwork and collaboration. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

$1,500 - Saturday Lunch Sponsor: On Saturday, we will have our youth leadership luncheon to allow participants to rest and refresh themselves. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.

 

$1,750 - Leaders’ Bag Sponsor We want to provide each youth leader a professional bag that they can use in their leadership activities to hold their leadership books and other resources.  The sponsor’s name and logo would be included on the bag and will be recognized in the LeadCon Program.The sponsor’s name and logo would be included on the inside of the padfolio and will be recognized in the LeadCon Program.


$2,000 - Saturday Night Banquet Sponsor: At the apex of our day on Saturday, the youth leaders have an evening banquet scheduled where youth leaders will be presented with awards and recognized for achievements since our annual leaders’ convention. The sponsor’s name and logo would be included in signage at the event and included in the LeadCon program.
