Winterfest 2023 will be held on February 17-19, 2023 Albany, NY
DeMolays, Squires, and young women are invited to join NY DeMolay for our annual Winterfest February 17-19, 2023 in Albany NY!
This jam packed weekend is filled with a trip to trampoline park, drone workshops, exploring space, escape room and a fun Saturday night at Dave & Busters! This is an event not to miss. A big thank you to “Dad” Eric Evarts, Deputy Member for serving as the advisor for this weekend.
We have done our best to keep the costs down this year, but there has been an increase due to inflation:
Prices if registered by1/18:
4 to a room $135 per person
3 to a room $170 per person
2 to a room $195 per person
1 to a room $320 per person
Prices after 1/18:
4 to a room $155 per person
3 to a room $200 per person
2 to a room $225 per person
1 to a room $350 per person

NOTE: We have had a couple of questions where a chapter is sending 6 DeMolays and they all want the 4 to a room package. New York DeMolay will match up the other two DeMolays with other DeMolays who are in the same boat. Please select the package that makes the most amount of sense.

$10 off if you have earned your obligations card
$10 off if you're a Representative DeMolay or Representative Sweetheart or Representative Squire
$10 off if you hold the lamp of knowledge
$10 if you are the first line signer for a member joining at WinterFest
$10 if your chapter earned the PMC-MSA in the past 10 months
$20 off if you are joining at Winterfest
$20 off if you have earned the Founders Membership Award or recruited 5 squires.
$40 if you joined within the past six months or are joining at WinterFest
$50 if you have earned the Blue Honor Key or recruited 10 squires.
$25 off for each star on your Blue Honor Key
For members joining at WinterFest, a generous 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason has agreed to pay all form 10 Fees for young men joining!
These discounts are cumulative! So a DeMolay who has earned his obligation card ($10), earned his Representative DeMolay ($10), earned his Lamp of Knowledge ($10) and has a Founder’s Membership Award ($20), and has a friend joining at WinterFest ($10) would only pay $85 to attend WinterFest.
