Ridge Council Performs First Ever Virtual Flower Talk
(Buffalo, NY) To observe Parents Day, Ridge Council Chapter hosted a historic online presentation of the Flower Talk on May 10, 2020. The Flower Talk is a public ceremony of DeMolay that puts into words the love for mothers that DeMolays have. 
The presentation included Brs. MJ, Gabe. Brandon, Will, Ethan Gavin and Brken form Ridge Council Chapter, and had a special guest of honor Br. Alex Blenman from Maryland DeMolay. By having each DeMolay Brother do a portion of the flower talk it helped to build brotherhood and allow each DeMolay to show their mothers how much they appreciated them.
This is the first time a presentation of the flower talk has been done virtually and it allowed parents to witness it in a meaningful way during social distancing.
“Through These difficult times I wanted to give my chapter the opportunity to show their love towards their mothers.” explained Master Councilor Michael Jordan.
